Right way to drink water

We all know less about the benefits of drinking water.  But do you know the proper rules for drinking water?  Yes, there are rules for drinking water.

 Drink water with no smash
 According to Ayurveda, drinking with a sip is the best way to get water.  In our mouth we produce a lot of saliva.  Saliva is an alkaline ingredient and we have hydrochloric acid in our stomach.  The saliva in our mouth keeps the acid constant.  Drinking water from one side only requires drinking water, not reaching our stomach.  The entire environment is therefore acidified.  So, drink water with a few sips.

 Drink water with full mouth
 If you have a weight loss plan, this might be your favorite tip.

 Sit back before drinking water.  Fill the mouth with water and then drink.  This will digest the water better and keep you healthy.

 Soaking the tongue
 Have you seen birds, dogs or cats drinking water?  But they do not drink eight glasses of water per day.  They soak the tongue before drinking water.  They are healthy for the amount of water they drink.

 Drink warm hot water
 If the water is normal or just a little hot, it gives you another feeling of satisfaction.  If you drink ice-cold water, it can also be pushed into the stomach instead of in the mouth.  Cold feet with food
